What is in Branston Pickle? This has been the question bothering me this week, which meant that it also became the 'team topic' at work. Yes, we are that dull. Anyway, tonight I discovered the answer. Some ingredients were expected, some were pretty strange. Anyway apparently it contains carrots, onions, rutabaga, cauliflower, marrow, gherkins, sugar, vinegar, dates, lemon juice and garlic. And suprisingly it tastes good. Next weeks question, what is Ratabaga?
